Needs Analysis
All of our services begin with needs analysis where we listen and analyze what the client's needs are so that when we begin the project, we are working within the scope of your business. 

Engagement 
During this process, TEKSwork will assign a project manager (PM) to your business. This PM will prepare the initial project plan reviewing each step along the way with you, the customer.
 
Implementation
This phase begins project installment. TEKSwork will establish a schedule and assign resources so that your project is completed on time while meeting all budget requirements.
 
Perform 
We will monitor, evaluate, adjust, and document your project every step so that there no questions will go unanswered as to what has been done.

Closure 
The final step in our approach is to complete testing before we leave in order to validate functionality, present you with customer reports, and obtain a final sign off of the completed project.

This approach allows the customer to be in control at all stages of the project.
